Welcome Digi-Tal
Digi-Tal ApS was founded in April 2020, but that does not mean our story started there. In fact, it began several years before Digi-Tal was registered with the Danish Business Authority.
Co-founder and CEO Morten started his first company and ran into the challenges that come with starting your own business. Suddenly many questions popped up, such as “Which deadlines must be met this year?”, “Do you get a full deduction for a bicycle?” and “What are my options when the bank refuses to give me a business account?”.
Back then, it was not unusual for an accountant to send a bill of DKK 20,000 for answering a few questions and writing a single statement, and a lawyer easily charged double for a shareholder agreement or articles of incorporation.
Those are exactly the challenges we were put into the world to address. At Digi-Tal, we use the latest technology and software to ensure that as many workflows as possible are automated.
