All newsletters also contain an unsubscribe link. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Your information (except your email address, if you have consented to processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you received your product or service.

Our website is hosted by Vercel, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in accordance with applicable legislation.
We use PostHog (PostHog Inc.) as a data processor for web analytics. PostHog runs on EU servers (Frankfurt, Germany), and all analytics data remains within the EU. Without your consent to statistics cookies, PostHog only collects anonymous, aggregated data without the use of cookies, persistent user IDs, or IP addresses in plain text. This processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). With your consent to statistics cookies, full analytics with cookies is activated.
We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in some cases process personal data in connection with their delivery of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data on our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.
Job applications to Digi-Tal
When you apply for a position via our careers page, we will process your data. In the following section, we describe what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we use it for.
When you apply for a job at Digi-Tal ApS, we collect personal data, CV, application, and video via our careers page in order to assess your qualifications for the specified position.
Your data is only accessible to employees involved in the recruitment process. You will be asked to give your consent when you submit your application.
We retain data in connection with a recruitment for up to 6 months after receiving the application, after which all data is deleted from our recruitment platform. Special written consent is required for us to retain your data for longer, for example for future vacancies.
